The Liuzhou Poly International Center project is located on Plot E of the Dajiangjun Construction Site at No. 2 Bashalu Road in Liuzhou City. It is bordered by Binjiang East Road to the east, Bashalu Road to the west, the Huxiang East Bridge ramp to the south, and Plot CD of the Dajiangdu Construction Site to the north. The project primarily connects to the city center via Bashalu Road and to the new urban area via the Hudong Bridge (Tanzhong Road). The project site covers an area of 29,159.9 square meters, with a total floor area of 210,000 square meters and a height of 254 meters. It integrates three major commercial functions: 5A-grade office buildings, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and a fashion shopping center.
