The Phase V “Creative Industry Park” project of the International Science and Technology Park is a new highlight of the park. It focuses on creative industries such as animation and gaming, software outsourcing, and product design, and combines the human resources of the surrounding higher education zone to implement comprehensive rolling development within the region. The beautiful natural scenery and the highly concentrated environment of higher education and scientific research provide a favorable industrial atmosphere for the development of creative industries.
The steel structure surface is fitted with 2,496 semi-circular domes, each measuring 1.2 meters in diameter.
Design Proposal: Given the project's large scale and tight schedule, our company proposed dividing the entire sphere into six zones for zone-based commissioning; the final integration and online commissioning were conducted in the LED control room on the third floor.
Lighting Design: Considering both design requirements and client preferences, we aimed to install lighting fixtures in a way that minimizes visual impact while maintaining overall aesthetics. Due to the inability to install fixtures on the glass curtain wall at the site, our company proposed an embedded installation solution.
Final Effect
People-oriented: Lighting serves two primary functions—functional lighting and artistic lighting. While ensuring that functional lighting meets the basic needs of human activities, our lighting design places greater emphasis on creating an artistic and culturally enriched lighting atmosphere, using light to express emotions and cultivate aesthetic sensibilities.
Safety and Environmental Protection: Lighting design safety encompasses both the inherent safety of the lighting system and the positive impact of the lighting environment on public safety.
Economic Efficiency and Energy Conservation: We prioritize the selection of efficient, economical, practical, and energy-saving light sources (such as LED fixtures) to minimize maintenance and operational costs.
Preventing light pollution: We minimize the disruption caused by lighting to people's nightlife. In selecting lighting fixtures, we prioritize light control, rationally choose installation locations, and install fixtures as discreetly as possible to maximize lighting efficiency, control glare, and prevent light pollution, ensuring that light is visible but the source is not.
